Remember a month and a half ago when I got to test a diaper for ELH Diapers? Well, I loved her diapers so much that I had to purchase another one. Kelli had asked for ideas on fabric and my 9 year old daughter who has been super interested in my cloth diapering loves butterflies. So we suggested a butterfly fabric and she found the perfect fabric too. Because not only did it have butterflies on it, but it’s also green which is one of my daughter’s favorite colors. So when she made it I just had to get it. Although, at the time Kelli did her stocking I was short on funds. She allowed me to pay for it when I had the money though. What awesome customer service.
I received my diaper a few weeks ago, but my daughter had a yeast rash so I wanted to hold off until that cleared up to put it on her. It’s all clear now though and I couldn’t help but update my last review and show you all the changes that Kelli has made to her diapers. I loved them before, but I think I might love them even more now.
Here’s a side by side comparison of the two diapers. The new one is on the left and my tester diaper is on the right…
The pocket is now in the back instead of the front and the opening is bigger too. It’s much easier to put the insert in and you can stuff it if you have a super peer. And as you can see by this next picture it is a little wider too…
Here’s a close up of the beautiful fabric on it. What the picture doesn’t show you is that it’s actually sparkly too…
Look how adorable it looks on my daughter…
I like the way it fits better too. The tester one seemed a little bunchy in the front. I’m wondering if that had to do with the pocket opening in the front. I love how Kelli listens to her customers and makes improvements on her product. The functionality of the diaper still works as great as the tester diaper too. I’m so happy to have found these cute diapers.
Kelli generally does a stocking every two weeks for her diapers. She’s still playing around with making her own insert. She is still shipping with a microfiber towel. She is considering her options of increasing the price by a few dollars to give her own insert or giving people the option of buying the inserts separately and still providing the towel. Currently the prices of these diapers is $18 and I’d say they are every bit worth that price and for a few dollars more to have a better insert I don’t think that would be too much to ask.
So check out ELH Diapers. You won’t be disappointed.
