It’s Friday and you know what that means. Time to fess up on how you’re doing to maintain a healthier lifestyle. I want to know how you’re eating, how you’re moving, and what kind of results you’re seeing. Are clothes fitting better? Are you losing weight? How’s your BMI? Admittedly I haven’t done a whole lot the past 7 weeks on a consistent basis. I have been avoiding overeating on a regular basis and am choosing healthier snacks, but my exercise has been really hit or miss. However, currently what little I am doing is giving me results.
This week I got the workout of a lifetime thanks to mother nature. A total of over 8 hours of shoveling in two days. I hurt all over. But I got the work done and burned an insane amount of calories.
The best part is, I put on a jacket the other day that just a month ago was snug around my chest and now it was much roomier. I couldn’t believe it. I haven’t felt like I’ve been doing a whole lot to lose weight. My pants fit comfortably, but aren’t too big. So my jacket fitting looser is nice to see. Great encouragement to keep at this.
