Did everyone have a good week this week? Mine went better than last week that’s for sure. The scale proves it too. I definitely ate better. Still working on that daily exercise thing, but so far choosing better foods is proving to be beneficial. My BMI is 26.57 kg/m2 this week which is down from 26.93 kg/m2 four weeks ago. Still overweight, but getting much closer to not being overweight. It’s a very attainable goal and if I only do what I have done thus far I could be there by May. Of course I’d like to be comfortably under the overweight line and not sitting on the line. So I’ll keep at it. I see results and that’s great.
