This week in our household we have some kids going back to school. Their first day is Thursday so this menu plan gets that much more important as we get back into a routine around here.

Monica’s Menu Plan For August 26 – September 1
Sunday: Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Monday: Ziti and meatballs
Tuesday: Chicken and rice casserole
Wednesday: Chicken Piccata with egg noodles and carrots
Thursday: Homemade macaroni and cheese (at the request of my oldest) and making brownies for dessert at the request of my middle daughter. Special Back To School dinner.
Friday: Meatloaf with a garden salad and egg noodles
Saturday: Homemade pizza
Hopefully this is good brain food for back to school. Okay, I know we should have some fish in there, but we aren’t fans of fish and well my husband working in the seafood department of a grocery story he doesn’t exactly want fish much.
