As I sat down to make this menu I was stuck. Stuck because the thought of food was of little to no interest to me as I’m coming down with a cold. Not being able to taste sure has an impact on what you want to eat. But life does go on so I had to come up with something. I decided to keep it easy for this week because otherwise I won’t cook if I’m not feeling well and I have to do a lot of prep.
So this week I’m sticking with what I know. I am not using my emeals this week. There wasn’t too much that was exciting me anyways. That seems to be a theme with this. I’m sure this is making everyone think oh emeals is awful, but I do want to say the recipes I have tried aren’t bad. I find them a little bland and if I do make them again I will likely alter them more. The fact that there are only one or two things I’ll eat from these menus simply shows you just how picky of an eater I am though.

Monica’s Menu For January 20 – January 26
Sunday: Chicken Tenders with carrots and french fries.
Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas with carrots and ranch.
Wednesday: Ranch chicken with noodles and broccoli.
Thursday: Fried Chicken with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes.
Friday: Homemade Pizza.
Saturday: Fend for yourself.
